Ensys were chosen by main contractor Thirdway Interiors to design and install air conditioning and ventilation systems for the multi purpose development at Century House, London. The new construction, located near Tower Bridge in Tanner Street, provides luxury accommodation alongside state of the art office space. Daikin VRV IV air conditioning systems provide simultaneous heating and cooling by means of 67 Daikin ducted fan coil units, which are controlled via a Trend BMS. The 22 week project is due to be completed by March 2016.
