Health & Safety and the Environment

Ensys Ltd adherence to Health & Safety and Environmental Regulations has always been important but never more so than today.  Litigation is on the increase and it appears that the compensation culture is here to stay.  It is therefore vital that contractors can provide proof of compliance in these areas.

Breathing related illnesses are becoming more commonplace these days.  Air conditioning in the work place can dramatically reduce the effects of asthma, allergies and other chest disorders.

Ensys currently on a programme to replace R-22 refrigerant with R-410a refrigerant

Does your system still contain R-22 refrigerant?

R-22 was replaced a few years ago with an interim refrigerant called R-407c.  Both gases have now been replaced with the long term replacement R-410a.  R-22 phase out is happening now, and as soon as 2010, supplies for servicing existing equipment could start to be affected.  This means prices could increase if demand is greater than supply.

Don't be caught out, start budgeting to replace R-22 systems now.   For help in preparing a long term budget or programme of replacement please contact us.
